1. Sellers must hold a current eBay account. (A free bidder account is OK) 2. You must be the sole owner of the vehicle you request to be listed on eBay. It must be free and clear of all liens and claims. 3. Seller must hold all necessary and correct documents required in their country for a legal sale. Buyers will be advised not to go ahead with any payment if correct documentation is not available, and the appropriate authorities will be informed. 4. The Seller has entered into an agreement to offer their vehicle, as described by them on the details form web page, for sale at an www.help-you-sell-online.co.uk eBay auctions for the starting price and reserve price stated. The reserve price is the minimum price that the seller will accept a sale. The vehicle will not be sold under this figure. The seller may ask for the reserve price to be lowered during the auction process. 5. Seller agrees to Duncan Smith passing on sufficient contact details of seller such as name, address and email address to allow arrangement for final collection and payment to be made by the buyer or authorized third party. 6. If a vehicle is listed on eBay and then becomes unavailable to the auction winner the seller becomes liable for an early ending fee of £55 payable to Duncan Smith at www.Help-You-Sell-Online.co.uk. You will be sent a PayPal invoice payable within 7 days. 7. "No Reserve" means that the vehicle will sell to the highest bidder regardless of the highest bid reached. These must be offered as No-Reserve before the listing begins. "Reserve" means the owner may place a minimum protective price on the vehicle. 8. Owners may not bid on their own vehicles. 9. My listing fees are non-refundable. 10. A sale cannot be guaranteed. I will relist once for 50% of the original fee you paid. 11. The Seller agrees to contact the buyer direct by email or phone on sale of the item to arrange final payment terms. I will supply contact details. 12. If a sale is made but the auction winner does not pay then a "second chance offer" will be made to the second highest bidder above the reserve. If no sale can be made under these circumstances I will consider relisting your vehicle for free. 13. Once listing has begun the seller agrees NOT to attempt to sell the vehicle by any other means. Refer anyone interested to the eBay auction listing where they are free to bid. 14. Vehicles sold "AS IS" or "SOLD AS SEEN" including all vehicles selling for £1,500 or less, vehicles with unknown miles or over 100,000 miles, or any vehicle specifically declared "AS IS" or "SOLD AS SEEN". 15. Sale rejection by BUYER (for any reason) will be a matter for BUYER and SELLER to resolve. Duncan Smith of Help-You-Sell-Online.co.uk acts as sales agent only and will not arbitrate. 16. Vehicle Delivery – SELLER will be responsible for making all delivery arrangements if required. |
